Endomorphs- Endomorphs have naturally higher levels of body fat, a natural pear shape and the ability to add muscle relatively easily.

Mesomorphs- The Mesomorph is kind of in between the Ectomorph and the Endomorph. Mesomorphs are athletic, solid and strong.
